Practice with us. Learn with us. Grow with us.

At Lachlan, we believe in more than symptom management. We want our work to matter- to feel rooted in curiosity, connection, and depth. We’re not just here to clock in and out. We’re here to hold space, ask bold questions, and witness transformation.

At Lachlan, we aren’t chasing quotas. We’re building something thoughtful and real. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow as a clinician, connect as a human, and help others build lives rooted in meaning and joy, you might belong here.

Meet our Founder

Lachlan was founded by Erika Ladwig, a therapist who has spent her career honoring the power of human stories—drawn to the resilience, complexity, and beauty of people’s journeys. With a background in teaching, school counseling, and clinical practice, Erika brings warmth, integrity, and deep clinical insight to her leadership.

After experiencing the isolation of solo practice, Erika created Lachlan to be different—a space where therapists could find connection, community, and purpose. This practice was built for clinicians who value collaboration, crave lifelong learning, and want to do meaningful work in a supportive environment.

At Lachlan, we’re more than a group practice—we’re a team committed to growing together while delivering exceptional care.
