If you’d rather not use insurance—or don’t have it—we offer straightforward self-pay pricing, and a sliding scale is available upon request to help meet you where you are.

We also recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits and get an estimate of any potential out-of-pocket costs. If you do have out-of-pocket expenses, we’re more than willing to work with you to create a payment plan that feels manageable.
