My work centers on welcoming the full range of who you are, with compassion and without judgment. There is no expectation of being anything other than human.
I aim to create a space where you don’t have to censor yourself or weigh your words. I want you to feel safe enough to bring whatever you’re carrying, even the things you’ve never said out loud. I’m comfortable with the hard conversations and the complicated emotions, and I’ll meet them with openness instead of fear.
I also believe laughter belongs in the room, even when things are challenging. Humor can be a reminder that you’re still here, still trying, still finding moments of light even in the heaviness.
At my core, I believe every person carries a sense of purpose within them, even when life makes it difficult to feel. Hard moments can blur it, trauma can bury it, and expectations can mute it, yet that spark never fully disappears. I hold a deep belief in the innate worth of every person, and I’ve spent my own life learning to honor my truth while helping others find theirs. You matter, and your story matters, even if you’re still uncovering what it all means.
If you’re looking for a place where you can slow down, show up as you are, explore who you’re becoming, and feel safe doing the work, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
